No work will begin without your explicit approval of the final estimate.

4. Payment

Payment terms are established directly between you and the drain specialist. Drain Cleaning Masters does not process payments for Drain & Sewer services. All payment disputes, refunds, or billing concerns should be addressed directly with the servicing drain specialist. Estimates are binding only as stated in the written quote provided at the time of service.

5. Licensing and Insurance

All drain specialists in the Drain Cleaning Masters team are required to hold a valid state Drain & Sewer license and carry appropriate liability insurance for the states in which they operate. However, we encourage you to verify licensing independently through your state's licensing board. Drain Cleaning Masters makes no warranty regarding the licensing status of our professionals.
